By filling in this contract you agree to abide by the following rules:

  1. You have a legal driver’s license from your start that is not in violation of any laws of that state.
  2. You are operating a licensed vehicle on the road weekly.
  3. You are a legal resident in the USA.
  4. You have no intent to commit fraud or misrepresent yourself to MDI Award Program. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent submission will at the discretion of MDI Award Program will result in any or all of the following:
    1. Forfeiture of award 1-5 yrs
    2. Discontinuance of web site 1-5 yr
    3. Permanent discontinuance of MDI Award Program

MDI Award Program will not be held liable for any representation made by sponsors or advertisers. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to make an informed decision as to their purchases. Any dispute between the sponsor/advertiser and subscriber will leave MDI Award Program in no way responsible.
