MDI Award Program will not be held liable for any representation made by sponsors or advertisers. It is the sole responsibility of the subscriber to make an informed decision as to their purchases. Any dispute between the sponsor/advertiser and subscriber will leave MDI Award Program in no way responsible. MDI Award Program will not be responsible for any interruption of service due to any malfunction of the host, website, or human error. We will resume service and be back on line in a timely fashion.
